Happy 4th of July!

The Fourth of July, also known as Independence Day, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. On this day, the thirteen American colonies declared independence from British rule. We celebrate this holiday with fireworks displays, barbecues, parades, flying the American flag, holding community events and festivals and watching televised 4th of July programs. Santa Monica & Venice 4th of July Guide

Santa Monica Parade

The annual Santa Monica 4th of July Parade kicks off at 9:30 AM, beginning at Pico and Main Street. The parade heads south on Main Street, turns onto Marine Street, and ends at Barnard Way. Expect festive floats, community groups, and plenty of red, white, and blue!

Pacific Park – Pacific Wheel Light Show

From July 3rd through July 7th, enjoy a patriotic red, white, and blue light display on the iconic Pacific Wheel. The light show runs from dusk to 12:30 AM, offering a vibrant, beachside celebration each night. (Source: Visit Santa Monica)
